Transparent Factory
At Ming Automation Technology, we are committed to providing transparent production processes through our innovative concept of a “transparent factory.” This approach gives our customers clear and real-time visibility into their production schedules, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and timely delivery. By leveraging advanced technologies and digital tools, we provide our clients with access to detailed production data, status updates, and performance metrics. Below is a detailed step-by-step overview of our ordering process:
1. Initial Consultation - We listen to your needs and requirements
The process begins with a detailed discussion with you to understand your specific requirements and needs. This step ensures we have a clear understanding of the project scope.
STEP 2: Preliminary Assessment - We evaluate and propose a simplified solution
Our team conducts an initial evaluation and develops a simplified solution. At this stage, we also provide an estimated budget for the project.
STEP 3: Feasibility Confirmation - You confirm the feasibility of the proposal
Once you review and confirm the preliminary solution, you proceed by paying a deposit, 3‰ of the estimated budget, to indicate your commitment to the project. This payment will turn to deposite once order placed (on Step 5).
STEP 4: Detailed Planning and Quotation - We provide comprehensive plan & quote
We then develop a comprehensive plan and provide a detailed quotation for the project. This step includes all specifications and costs.
STEP 5: Order Confirmation and Deposit Payment
You review the detailed plan and, upon confirmation, place the official order and pay a deposit, 50% and deduct the paid amount (on Step 3).
STEP 6: Design and Review
Our engineers, R&D department create detailed drawings and designs, which are then thoroughly reviewed to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
STEP 7: Your Approval
You review and approve the final design and drawings. We maay need to modify details according to your requests. This step is crucial to ensure that all requirements are met.
STEP 8: Material Preparation and Production
Upon approval, we begin preparing the necessary materials parts and commence production.
STEP 9: Internal Testing & Trial Production
We conduct at least two rounds of rigorous internal testing to ensure the product meets all specified requirements and standards. We also conduct a trial run to simulate the production process.
STEP 10: On-site Testing
You are invited to our facility to perform on-site testing and product verification.
We have also developed a remote inspection system that allows you to thoroughly examine your equipment’s functionality without leaving your home. We fully cooperate with your inspection requirements throughout the entire process.
STEP 11: Final Payment, Delivery, and Installation
Once the product passes all tests, you pay the remaining balance. We then deliver the product and provide operation training and installation services.
STEP 12: After-sales Maintenance
Our commitment to quality extends beyond delivery. We offer comprehensive after-sales maintenance services to ensure our products’ continued performance and reliability.
